Melanie Fillios is an anthropological archaeologist interested in the human-animal-environmental nexus. She works on dingos, the impact of introduced species in Colonial contexts and early animal domestication in the Mediterranean. She is an Associate Professor of Archaeology at the University of New England, New South Wales.
